Paint Bomb

That stuff all over the Emperor, that appears to be water, in Panels 3-6 is actually paint. I think Anne was getting her revenge for the paint bomb in her stocking Christmas 2018. 

I was obsessed with paint bombs for some reason when I drew this one. I don't remember why I thought the concept was so funny.

I'm not even sure what they were trying to do - I presume they were reading Randall Munroe books and accidentally skipped over the "the author of this book likes it when things catch fire or explode, so he does not have your best interests at heart" bit.  At least until Esther was halfway to the moon.
