Reminds me a bit of reading through the lyrics of "Praise to the Man" and wondering if Joseph Smith ever had any idea he'd still be remembered by virtually everyone two hundred years after his time.  . . and almost immediately coming to the conclusion that no, he most likely did not.

The difference being that that was about a serious topic and Ava and Anne's "friendly enemies" relationship that has led to major property damage on Rachel's part is not. (Lucky Rachel. Both sarcastically speaking and nonsarcastically speaking. I mean, too bad about the utilities room, but at least she can rebuild it without any trouble.)
