Time of the Torah

Yep, Anne is still stuck on this idea that they were lost, even though they knew exactly when they were - they were precisely five years ago. True. I wish I were better at drawing architecture so that I could have done a Jerusalem skyline, but. . . Well, obviously that didn't happen. . .

At last, Ava has found the team enough members to get together the power to get the crew back to where they were supposed to be on the space time continuum. (About 5 years after the time they currently are at, specifically.) Let's see how badly this goes! I can draw dragons pretty well. Hence my decision to put the gang in the time of the Dinos.  Do you wonder where the other two Avas and Koi went? The Avas might actually be in their own time. . . Koi could be anywhere. She's always going on about the Many Worlds theory; she might have tried to crash test it. (And ended up in a black hole in the process. It's the sorta thing she would do.) BTW, happy birthday to Anne. . . she is now, what, 21? Except for the recent retcon, by which she is now 19. . . anyway, she had her birthday two days ago.

Breaking Time

Oh, no. Esther has an idea. That's gonna be great.  I'm still trying to decide if Anne's line here just means "they were over long BY this time," or if they reflect Anne's ignorance of all history. ("I prefer not to dwell on the past." "That would explain your history grades.") Almost as if she just pulled it out of her hat five minutes ago. . .  Anne, apparently, as the Sith apprentice's next move was to tackle Esther, knock her out and ultimately wind up slinging her over a lamppost.

Stage Right: Enter Past Ava

Esther. Blame it all on Esther.  Even though it was you and Anne fighting. Oh, wait. . . Esther did throw her own two cents into that fight. . . blame Esther. Not quite what Anne meant, Ava.  Insert pitch for subscribers here. . .

. . . please. Esther. Copyright infringement.  To find out what the Blue Starfish references: http://majorspoilers.com/2016/12/24/critical-hit-380-kill-god-s05-e72/ I don't think anyone needs the Back to the Future reference explained.

An Argument AGAINST Full Color

Image
The website I used to color in Friday's comic has a lot of cool animation effects. I got a bit carried away.  It may be kinda late for this, but HAPPY ST PATRICK'S DAY! If you have very good eyes, you might recognize this as Panel One of Friday's comic. It was fun to make. That's the argument against Full Color. Really, the reason is that it takes too long, though.
